Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for digital marketing services such as Facebook ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing. These services are executed in advance, and results cannot be guaranteed.

Website Design and Development:

Once a website design or development project is initiated, the client acknowledges that they are fully responsible for the project’s outcome. We will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction, but refunds will not be issued for completed projects.

Mobile Application Development:

Mobile application development projects require significant investment in time, resources, and expertise. We will provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, but refunds will not be issued for completed projects.

Refund Exceptions:

In rare cases, we may consider issuing a refund or credit if:

* The service was not provided as agreed upon.
* There was a significant error or omission on our part.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the service being completed.
